1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, you're welcome to request store credit or an exchange, which will be subject to review.
To initiate an exchange, please email hello@mauz.shop within 7 days of your order, including your order number and the reason for the exchange.
All items must be in their original state, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Unfortunately, used items cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we'll send you a return airway bill. You’ll have 7 days to send the item back.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue:
· A store credit coupon valid for 1 year, or
· An exchange for another piece of your choice of equal value. If you select an item of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit. If the item is of higher value, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
2. Damages & Care
Care instructions are available on our website and included with each order. To preserve the beauty of your pieces, please protect them from perfume, moisture, and harsh chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or oxidation.
While we can review requests to repair damaged pieces, Mauz Editions is not liable for wear, tear, or damage resulting from use or improper care. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item before determining whether a repair or replacement is possible.
