We currently do not offer refunds. However, you're welcome to request store credit or an exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@mauz.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for return.
All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Unfortunately, used items cannot be returned, unless they are defective.
Once your return or exchange is approved, we'll send you a return airway bill. You’ll have 7 days to send the item back.
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue:
· A store credit coupon valid for 1 year, or
· An exchange for another piece of your choice.
